This role oversees teams that develop products powering Walmart's eCommerce and Supply Chain. The focus is on enhancing the Walmart customer experience across both physical and digital realms to make Walmart the most exciting place to shop. With approximately 4,500 stores, 210 distribution centers, 9,000 tractors, 80,000 trailers, and thousands of suppliers fulfilling Walmart's online and in-store orders for over 1 billion customers, the challenge and complexity are substantial! We operate within the world's largest retailer yet maintain a startup atmosphere, working in small agile teams to revolutionize the fulfillment landscape. As a leader in the supply chain group, you are accountable and responsible for several critical products and platforms that help serve our customers in the most cost-effective manner across multiple geographies and business segments.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
