This role offers a salary range of $250,000 per year, based on skills and experience. Your actual pay will be discussed with your recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage client relationships within the not-for-profit healthcare or higher education sectors.
• Lead complex financings, including plan development, structuring, documentation, negotiation, and execution.
• Oversee all phases of deal execution in collaboration with analysts and associates.
• Coordinate client meetings, team calls, and negotiations with external parties such as attorneys, bankers, rating agencies, and insurers.
• Prepare marketing materials, RFP responses, and financial models using DBC, Bloomberg, and Excel.
• Provide strategic guidance and tailored financial advisory services.
• Stay informed on market trends and maintain competitive intelligence.
• Travel 23 times per month for client meetings or events across the U.S.

Requirements

• 810 years of experience in public finance, municipal bond investment banking, or financial advisory.
• Ability to independently originate and execute deals in the not-for-profit sector.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Series 50 license or willingness to obtain within 3 months.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare and/or education public financing models.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word; familiarity with Bloomberg and DBC preferred.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter, organized, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience advising large hospital systems or universities is preferred.
• MBA or CPA is a plus.
• Experience in boutique financial advisory settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CRMs like Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
