Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sr Email Marketing Specialist to lead our email marketing strategy and execution. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing email campaigns to drive customer engagement, conversion, and retention. The ideal candidate will have exceptional experience in email marketing tools, data analysis, segmentation, A/B testing, and content development. Responsibilities Essential Functions Develop and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns that align with company goals. Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, lifecycle campaigns, etc.). Build email lists and ensure segmentation for personalization and relevance. Create engaging content and compelling subject lines that drive opens and conversions. Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rate, click-through rate, conversions, etc.) and optimize based on data insights. Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness. Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR compliance, HIPAA). Work with cross-functional teams including design, product, and sales to align email campaigns with broader initiatives. Manage email automation workflows, drip campaigns, and triggered email series. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, analytics or a related field. 4+ years of experience in email or digital marketing, with demonstrable career progression (i.e. coordinator, specialist, etc) Proven experience in an email marketing platform (e.g., HubSpot, Active Campaign, Marketing Cloud, Marketo or similar). Expertise in HTML/CSS for email templates Experience with marketing automation, segmentation and personalization Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data Healthcare experience preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Expertise in HTML/CSS for email templates Experience in B2B/B2C environments with results-oriented focus. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer journey mapping. Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and other digital marketing strategies. For this position, the base pay range is $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, certifications or training. This position is eligible for our annual incentive program.
