Job Opening: Production Assemblers - Carson, CA


Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Duration: 2 Months with Temp-to-Hire Potential


This is an entry-level role ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble high-quality architectural systems (Standard, Adaptive, and/or Lighting)
  
  
  
  
• Operate hand tools and follow detailed assembly and packing procedures
  
  
  
  
• Record job progress, material usage, and scrap in Shop-Trak
  
  
  
  
• Conduct inventory and restock supplies as needed
  
  
  
  
• Identify and report defects; assist with product rework/repairs
  
  
  
  
• Coordinate part movement to subsequent production steps
  
  
  
  
• Package and label finished products for shipment
  
  
  
  
• Receive and store raw materials and components
  
  
  
  
• Meet daily production and quality standards
  
  
  
  
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
  
  
  
  
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces
