Machine Operator

Start Your Career in High-Tech Manufacturing! Are you detail-oriented and ready to learn? Join our team as a Machine Operator and help produce precision carbide and ceramic cutting tips used in top industries. No experience with hones? No problem-we provide hands-on training!

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate OD/ID hones (brush-hones, shaker-hones, manual hones)
• Mount, align, and secure tooling and workpieces
• Select and install abrasive wheels, dress wheels as needed
• Ensure every part meets strict quality and customer standards
• Tackle other duties as assigned and grow your skills

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Great attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift

• Pay rate starting at $15.75 per hour with potential for increases as you advance
