Alight Solutions is seeking a Financial Education Consultant to join their Financial Services business group. The consultant will provide financial education services to employees of Alight Solutions clients, primarily based in Pittsburgh, PA, with a mix of working from home and client locations. Responsibilities include conducting enrollment meetings to explain client retirement plans, delivering group and individual financial education workshops both in-person and virtually, preparing educational materials and videos, conducting ad hoc meetings to inform employees of plan changes, and providing ongoing support for retirement and financial planning tools. The role requires monthly reporting on sessions conducted, attendee feedback, and topics covered. The consultant will also develop and improve training materials and may travel to client locations as needed. Requirements include 3 to 5 years of experience in financial education or related call center experience, FINRA Series 7 (or 6) and Series 66 (or 65) certifications, CRPC or similar designation (or willingness to obtain within six months), and strong Microsoft Office skills.
