Job Description

Our client, a leading food manufacturing company, is seeking a Data Scientist to join their team. As a Data Scientist, you will be part of the Data Analytics Department supporting Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for data-driven decision making, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:  Data Scientist

Location:  Primarily Remote (occasional travel up to 25%)

Pay Range: $89.97/hour

What’s the Job?

• Currently a temporary, 6 months position 
• Develop and implement AI-driven models and algorithms for Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Analyze complex data sets to uncover RGM insights and trends
• Design and execute experiments to validate RGM models and hypotheses
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, emphasizing business implications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven RGM outcomes

What’s Needed?

• 3-5 years of data science experience with a focus on RGM
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, data visualization, and programming (Python or R)
• Strong SQL and database management skills
• Experience in data mining, wrangling, and cleaning large datasets
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
