What you'll do: The Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer implements cloud infrastructure with a high degree of application availability, scalability and security. Specifically, your responsibilities will include: Developing automation scripts, pipelines and tools for continuous integration, delivery and deployment (CI/CD). Deploying applications consistently across primary and secondary environments. Maintaining robust monitoring and logging solutions to track system performance, identify issues and ensure reliability. Implementing security best practices, access controls and vulnerability management. Optimizing cloud infrastructure and application performance with new tools and technologies. Utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to provision, manage and maintain infrastructure and ensure consistency, scalability and repeatability across environments. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field Minimum of five years of Cloud DevOps experience Industry certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified) preferred Expertise with multiple cloud platforms In-depth knowledge of cloud security best practices Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash or PowerShell for automation and system administration Experience with implementing and managing cloud infrastructure using IaC and configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible Proficiency with using version control systems for code management. Understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing services and firewalls Demonstrated ability to implement security controls at the infrastructure level Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders The salary range for this position is: $98,200 - $172,800 Please note: NFA cannot provide any form of sponsorship or transfer sponsorship for this position. This position follows a hybrid model, allowing team members to work remotely two days per week while collaborating in the office on other days.
